For remote control support if requested please follow the instructions below (click images to enlarge).
Step 1 – Click to download TeamViewer
Step 2 – Follow the instructions depending on if you use Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Internet Explorer
Step i – Wait for download to open and click ‘Run’
Step ii – Wait for download to finish then click ‘Run’
Firefox
Step i – Click ‘Save File’
Step ii – Run the TeamViewer software from where you saved it.
Step 4 – You will need to give the ID and Password to me so I can gain access.
